Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort is pleased to welcome the community for a weekend of Easter celebrations on Saturday, April 20 and Sunday, April 21, 2019.
Led by the Easter Bunny himself, Newport Dunes’ Annual Easter Egg Hunt returns to the scenic waterfront resort at 9 a.m. on Saturday, April 20. Hundreds of children will gather on the shores to search for more than six thousand eggs containing goodies ranging from candy and toys to golden eggs containing cash prizes. One lucky kid will pick up an egg enclosed with a token for a new bicycle. The Easter Bunny will be available for family photos following the hunt.
Easter Sunday, April 21 at Newport Dunes begins with the renowned Sunrise Easter Service delivered by Mariners Church Pastor Tim Lukei at Pavilion E at 7 a.m.
The service is followed by a gourmet Easter Sunday Brunch at Back Bay Bistro offering three seatings from 10 a.m. to close. Easter Brunch offers signature breakfast dishes and highlights a pancake station, build-your-own omelet station, a carving station featuring honey glazed ham and New York strip steak, a seafood station with King crab legs, an array of desserts including white and milk chocolate fountains and more. Bottomless champagne and mimosas are included for adults, and children will enjoy a special visit from the Easter Bunny. Reservations are recommended.
