A Note From Your Publisher

By Chanin Victor January 25, 2018

Hi Everyone,

January is almost over.  How has your 2018 been so far?  What have you accomplished?  A little?  A lot?  Don't worry if it's not what you were hoping would happen yet.  That's what February is for, right?

So many fun events this weekend.  Don't forget you can still get tickets to see Monster Jam.  Luzia was amazing and you still have until February 11th.  The Broad Museum if you can get in! We have Pet Adoptions, art projects, story-time, and mini-concerts for kids. Don't forget FREE MUSEUM DAY visits on Sunday all over Los Angeles, including the Winter Opening Celebration at the Hammer Museum.  There are a ton of Lunar New Year parties going on over the next couple weeks too celebrating the year of the DOG, and the one at the Grove on Sunday sounds like so much fun!

Looking forward, we've got more Lunar New Year events, SUPERBOWL SUNDAY, upcoming shows at The Morgan-Wixson Theatre and the Santa Monica Playhouse, and The Broad Stage Family Nights.  Do you have your Valentine's Day planned yet?  Santa Monica Place has announced a new KIDS CLUB PERFORMANCE, happening one Saturday a month starting February 7th.  If you like French Films, MyFrenchFilmFestival is running through February 19th, you can see 30 films.  The Skirball, The Getty Center, and the Autry Museum have some really cool events happening in February and March as well.  Also, very, very, very important news for next week: A Big Giveaway for Tickets to see the HARLEM GLOBETROTTERS at the Staples Center... so do not miss next week's newsletter for details on how to WIN the 4 tickets!

Have a great week!

Sending love your way,

Chanin
