Yoga & Art Camp
Description: This Summer, Yoga & Art Camp at the reDiscover Center will create a space of imagination, playfulness, learning, and being. Activities including yoga, dance, gymnastics, art, and meditation will place value on experience. Time will be given to explore and feel, encouraging children to enter their inner world through sensation, story, and symbol. Tools will be practiced through yoga to strengthen foundations of health, well-being, and confidence. Children will engage with each other and the world through creativity, noticing, wonder, and love. Dates: July 30th-Aug 3rd
Hours: 9am-3pm
Ages: 4&1/2- 11 (campers will be in two age groups)
Cost: $250 if paid before June 15th, 2012 - $300 after
