Summer is flying by and school starts in 2 weeks! But don't worry just because school is starting doesn't mean the fun has to stop. The August calendar is packed with great events, concerts, and shows. The Getty's Garden Concert Series as well as the Culver City Actor's Gang Summer Show both for kids start this weekend and run thru August.
Last night we went to see the new street art installation called Migration on the Santa Monica bridge over PCH (it's on Ocean Ave between Santa Monica Blvd & Broadway). The artist @hotxtea on instagram, tied over 1100 pieces of string in various colors end to end across the bridge and created this amazing rainbow. This piece was a "surprise" for the city so it might be taken down soon. You should get over to see it soon if you can.
